A European-style food hall is coming to Plano! Legacy Hall will open Fall 2017 at Legacy West (7800 Windrose Ave, Plano). It’ going to be a combination of a premium food hall, beer garden, craft brewery and live entertainment venue.

The three-story venue will have about a 55,000 square feet to the food hall with more than 20 local indoor and outdoor vendors (200 to 375 square feet each) on the first floor. The terrace on the second floor will overlook a 22- by 30-foot live music stage and beer garden. It will be operated by Front Burner Restaurants (Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar and Whiskey Cake).

Connected to the food hall will be a three-level beer garden called the Box Garden, with shipping containers repurposed to divide and decorate the space.

Ground Level: 22 stalls and two bars

  • (bar) craft beer and craft cocktails
  • (bar) Détour: wine and charcuterie
  • Gilbert Garza (of Suze) and Mark Brezinsi (of Pei Wei) will have a stall featuring Indian wraps
  • Red Stix Asian Street Food: Uno Immangivong (of Chino Chinatown), featuring Yakitori and Bahn Mi sandwiches
  • Roots Southern Kitchen: Tiffany Derry (of Private Social and Roots Southern Table), serving fried chicken sandwiches, wings, and duck fat fries.
  • Knife Burger: John Tesar (of Knife), burgers, fries and milkshakes
  • Bryan and Caleb Lewis (of Press Waffle Co.), sweet and savory Belgian waffles, appropriate for breakfast, lunch or dinner
  • Darren Cameron (of Glazed Donut Works), donuts and cold brew coffee
  • Gianni Santin and Tida Pichakron (of Haute Sweets Patisserie, macarons and macaron ice cream sandwiches
  • Yaser Khalef (of Baboush and Medina), shawarma and hummus bar
  • Cavalli’s (a pizza concept in Irving and McKinney), made-to-order, hand-tossed pizzas that are baked for 90 seconds in a 900-degree wood-fired oven, just like the pizza of Naples, Italy
  • Andrew Chen (of Monkey King Noodle Company), cuisine/concept TBA
  • barbecue stall with a pitmaster

Second Level:

  • Sea Breeze Lobsta and Chowda House (Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill)
  • full-service bar and seating for about 500 people
  • a Hawaiian shaved ice stall
  • a Tiki bar
  • a Texas-style icehouse bar
  • a margarita/beer bar
