Looking for an easy way and safe way to run or walk through Christmas lights? Vitruvian Lights in Addison is a great option! This small park has just about every tree completely wrapped in lights, with each tree a different color. It’s really beautiful.

There is a pond to walk around, and paved sidewalks, so this is stroller-friendly but you do have to go down a bunch of steps to get to the path. There is no fence around the pond, so be prepared if you come with kids who like to wander or run off.

There are tables and chairs under one section of trees, and there are public bathrooms available on Vitruvian Road (opposite side from parking lot).

This year they are also holding four nights with live music, food trucks, free photos with Santa and more! All Magical Night of Lights events are 6-10pm:

  • Friday, November 25: 6pm lighting, The Jordan Kahn Orchestra
  • Saturday, December 3: Dallas String Quartet
  • Saturday, December 10: Chris Rivers Band
  • Saturday, December 17: The Georgia Bridgewater Orchestra
